Our Custom Replacement Spa Covers are made at a local manufacturer we have experience with for over 20 years. (note: most covers sold in the US on the internet are made in Mexico) The covers we provide are made with the highest grade of materials and craftsmanship. We have provided these quality covers to over 2500 customers in the past 20 years with no concerns or complaints. All the covers we accept orders for are discussed verbally with our service technician to make measuring simple, accurate and avoid potential errors. The ordering timeline is approximately two -four weeks. After the cover arrives at our shop, we will contact you and set up delivery, installation, removal and disposal of the old cover. As an example, most covers are square with curved corners and a skirt. (IE: 84X84 with 5″ radius corner and 4″ skirt) You will be asked the Shape of your cover and the Measurements. Keep in mind there are 500 different shapes and size possibilities, 20 different corners and 10 colors. We enjoy a 99% accuracy.

The Standard Cover with solid foam cores comes with 3 1/2 ” – 2 1/2″ taper to keep the heat in and allow the rain to run off. This cover will completely satisfy most applications of residential spas and hot tubs and is the most affordable.

The Dura Foam Cover with solid foam cores come with 4″ to 3″ taper and a two pound dense foam for more durability and weight loads. This cover will satisfy most inground spa applications and high altitude snow loads. This Dura Foam cover is also added protection if children or dogs enjoy sitting or laying on top of your spa.

The Atlas Cover takes the strength of the Dura Foam, tapers the foam 5″ to 4″, strengthens the hinge with galvanized steel and adds a full length heat seal for an even stronger heat seal. Because this cover can hold 1,000 lbs of static weight, this cover is recommended for areas with harsh winter climates.
