Kevin is also a Licensed Electrician who has installed over 1500 spas with complete electrical connections from the home to the Hot Tub as required by Code. Most of his service calls can be accomplished in one hour and one visit depending on the parts needed.
Our services are structured to make only necessary repairs to most Spas manufactured in the US. Our primary objective is to Local Consumers, although we do perform some manufacturer’s warranty claims as well. All service requests are discussed between the customer with the technician to attempt to isolate the default or issue. Often our technician can solve the issue with a phone discussion not requiring a service call. But, if that’s Not the case we will schedule a service ticket for onsite diagnostic and Mobile Repair. Most often the fault is a pump, heater, control box, pressure switch or GFI tripping. Plumbing leaks or water loss can be puzzling sometimes attempting to locate the leak. If the leak is visible its usually a nominal repair. If the leak is puddling on the pad, it becomes more difficult to locate and heal the repair of the leak. Our service charge is very reasonable considering this will be a Mobile Service Truck with a highly skilled, trusted and honest technician which is difficult to find in this industry.
